WNDC Planning Service
WNDC is responsible only for
specified types of planning applications in the Town Centre of
Northampton and the "Urban Development Areas" of Daventry,
Towcester and Northampton. Generally these cover the largest
applications. In the town centre area of Northampton however, WNDC
is responsible for a wider range of proposals and apart from
householder planning applications, telecommunications proposals,
advertisement consent and listed building/conservation area consent
most types of application will be determined by WNDC. For further
