Welcome to WNDC - West Northamptonshire Development Corporation. Through our website you can learn about who we are and what we do.  Our role is to promote and deliver sustainable housing growth and regeneration in the three towns of Northampton, Daventry and Towcester.

Central government has designated West Northamptonshire as a flagship growth area. This means more affordable homes, more jobs, more facilities and more opportunities for local people.  West Northamptonshire is one of the most exciting areas of opportunity in the UK.

To transform Northampton, Daventry and Towcester three key activities fall to WNDC:

  • Delivering new homes and the infrastructure to support new homes.
  • Ensuring new homes meet design and environmental quality standards and are integrated with existing communities.
  • Ensuring new homes are supported by infrastructure, employment and town centre regeneration.
