1. How and where do you submit a planning
application?
You should use the following postal address: WNDC. Planning
Department, PO Box 622, Franklin's Gardens, Northampton, NN5
5WR.
2. Which application form will you need to complete
and how are you able to find these?
WNDC have application forms for you to complete for all application
types. These can be downloaded from this site. Alternatively,
applications made on the standard application form available from
the planning portal will be accepted.
Design and Access Statement Guidance. Most
applications submitted to WNDC will require this type of
statement.
3. Who should you make planning fees payable
to?
Only cheques can be received at the moment and these should be made
payable to West Northamptonshire Development Corporation. WNDC is
reviewing alternative payment methods including on line
payment.
4. How much will planning fees be?
