Enforcement
Planning enforcement remains the responsibility of the
local authorities and any complaints against alleged failure to
comply with a planning permission should be directed to the
Councils Enforcement Teams (follow planning links - investigation
and compliance).
Enforcement of S106 agreements will remain the responsibility of
WNDC however, and you should contact WNDC offices in the event that
a breach of a S106 agreement relating to a development that was
determined by WNDC arises.
