Adrian Arnold is Director of Planning Services and has the responsibility for the determination of planning applications within the UDA boundaries and thresholds. He also advises the board on policy matters and offers general planning advice to the board, general public, partners and statutory agencies relating to pre-application matters.

Adrian has more than 25 years experience in the public sector, with 12 years at a senior level ensuring the delivery good service performance, which has been recognised nationally. He has extensive experience in delivering large scale major housing and mixed use developments including a new town (delivering over £100million of extensive s106 contributions) and a number of award winning schemes in Bedfordshire and in Hampshire.
