Located next to junction 15 of the M1 , Grange Park is an important gateway to Northampton and a prime location for new development.
In 2009 WNDC provided outline planning approval for 450, high quality new homes at the site, accompanied by a new hotel and commercial development.
It was one of the first applications to be determined in line with WNDC’s planning obligations strategy and subsequently secured over £9 million in developer contributions to infrastructure.
Reserved matters planning applications for the development are being determined by WNDC in 2010.
