Dallington Grange

Dallington Heath is a longstanding potential growth location within Northampton. A planning application for a major mixed used development has been submitted to WNDC by Persimmon Homes and Barratt.

As well as up to 3,500 new homes, it proposes a significant amount of new commercial development, bringing new jobs to the area.

WNDC is clear that any scheme should have benefits for the existing community, which is among the most deprived in Northampton. The Corporation has commissioned a Regeneration Framework to explore the wider regeneration opportunities in the neighbouring Kings Heath area should planning permission be granted. WNDC is working with the applicants and key stakeholders with the aim of delivering a positive outcome to the application.
