Draft Supplementary Planning Document: Affordable
Housing Consultation
The West Northamptonshire Joint Planning Unit, which makes
planning policy for the areas covered by Daventry District,
Northampton Borough and South Northamptonshire Councils, has
published the Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document
and the accompanying Sustainability Appraisal for
consultation.
The consultation period will run for 6 weeks between
Thursday 9th April - Thursday 21st May 2009 at 5pm

The Affordable Housing SPD is intended to provide
guidance on the provision of affordable housing in West
Northamptonshire. It is a technical document intended to
provide guidance on the provision of affordable housing in West
Northamptonshire. We are inviting the views from the general
public, providers of affordable housing, developers and others with
an interest in the provision of affordable housing in West
Northamptonshire.
