Planning enforcement remains the responsibility of the local authorities and any complaints against alleged failure to comply with a planning permission should be directed to the Councils Enforcement Teams.

However, enforcement of S106 agreements remains the responsibility of WNDC.  You should contact the Corporation in the event that a S106 agreement relating to a development approved by WNDC is breached.
