With over 30 years in the public and private sectors, Peter has wide-ranging management and leadership experience, whilst having maintained a high-level professional advisory role to a number of public organisations.
Roger Mendonca
Deputy Chief Executive
Roger Mendonca is currently deputy chief executive of WNDC. As deputy chief executive he has been responsible for the organisation’s financial and corporate services, policy, communication and governance. Roger was previously acting chief executive between January and September 2005, when he was responsible for the start-up of the organisation.

Director of Regeneration and Development
A senior regeneration professional, who has been leading the delivery of major development projects across the midlands for over 20 years.
Adrian Arnold
Director of Planning Services
Adrian Arnold is Director of Planning Services and has the responsibility for the determination of planning applications within the UDA boundaries and thresholds. He also advises the board on policy matters and offers general planning advice to the board, general public, partners and statutory agencies relating to pre-application matters.
